Minimizing the Harms and Stigmas of Drug Use in Maricopa County

Shot in the Dark has been delivering reliable and equitable health services to people who use drugs (PWUD) in Maricopa County since 2010.

We started as a word-of-mouth syringe delivery and disposal service. Over the last decade and a half,  we’ve expanded services to include drug checking kits, naloxone distribution, and other vital services for underserved community members.

Safe drug use

Ensure PWUD can protect themselves from the harms of drug use by having reliable access to safe drug use supplies.
